Frequently asked questions
Why do you recommend monthly service for roaches instead of quarterly?
German roaches (the most common species we see indoors) can go from egg to adult in about a month. A monthly visit keeps the population from rebuilding faster than we can treat it.
Do I need to throw anything away if I have roaches?
Usually not. Deep cleaning helps, but roach infestations are a pest issue, not a cleanliness issue — even very clean homes can get them from nearby units, moving boxes, or deliveries.
How fast will I stop seeing roaches?
Most customers see a significant drop in activity within 1–2 weeks of the initial treatment, with full control typically achieved over the first 1–2 monthly visits.
Do you treat inside or outside for roaches?
Your monthly roach visits focus on the inside of your home — kitchens, bathrooms, and other spots roaches actually live and breed. Outside treatment can be added to your visits if you'd like it, just ask your technician.
